On September 2, 2009 the Concepcion, Tarlac PNP launched an anti crime partnership of the PNP / LGU / GBI and others. Mayor Noel L. Villanueva attended with PNP officers from the province led by PSSUPT Rudy G. Lacadin. 140 GBI Brothers from Tarlac, Dau and Nueva Ecija Provinces participated.
